Shipping and Handling

Your product will ship out within 24 hours from the time it has been approved by our merchant bank. You will receive an email confirming the order has been processed and the UPS tracking number if you need to track it's status.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on the information you provided such as type of delivery and zip code of the ship to address. Tanga's policy is not to mark up shipping and handling rates beyond our cost to serve you.

Orders placed in the USA will generally arrive in 7 -10 business days for UPS Ground shipments.

All orders will be sent via standard delivery unless otherwise instructed, just check the delivery option during checkout that best fits your needs.

Returns

Tanga takes great pride in providing you with the absolute finest quality lingerie in the world. All product is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your shipment. If you would like to return an item, Tanga does offer exchanges for different merchandise or sizes provided that the all tags are still in place and the merchandise has not been worn. If you are not completely satisfied with the product ordered we will provide either an in store credit or refund for the dollar amount of the merchandise being returned

We recommend when returning product to us that it be registered and/or insured to make sure they are delivered safely back to us. Customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier and paying all applicable fees to the carrier as well as any customs, duties or taxes. Please use the return label for shipping any returns.

Holiday Return Policy

We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day.
