Shipping and Handling
Your product will ship out within 24 hours from the time it has been approved
by our merchant bank. You will receive an email confirming the order has been
processed and the UPS tracking number if you need to track it's status.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on the information
you provided such as type of delivery and zip code of the ship to address.
Tanga's policy is not to mark up shipping and handling rates beyond our cost
to serve you.
Orders placed in the USA will generally arrive in 7 -10 business days for UPS Ground shipments.
All orders will be sent via standard delivery unless otherwise instructed,
just check the delivery option during checkout that best fits your needs.
Tanga Fine Lingerie gives a store credit for the full value of the items you would like to return. The only exception is opened hosiery. If you would like to return an item please make sure the products are unworn and still have all tags in place. When trying on bottoms please use the disposable tanga that is provided with your shipment. Please send back your returns within 30 days. If you need extra time simply send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know that you’ll be returning an item after the 30 day period. Your satisfaction and ease of shopping is my greatest goal.
We recommend when returning product to us that it be registered and/or insured
to make sure they are delivered safely back to us. Customers are responsible
for contacting their local carrier and paying all applicable fees to the carrier
as well as any customs, duties or taxes. Please use the return label for shipping any returns.
